Renovated Beach Condo - Pool - Fire Pit!

Pool & outside deck were nice. Beds were comfortable . One door had tape around edges, maybe to block out light. Unit was not described as old motel style. Not for families, elderly live there. Located in William & Mary Condominiums. Only 1 floor A/C in the unit & it was not tightly secured in window. A/C worked but was not powerful enough to cool unit. Only cooled small dining area & half of kitchen. We purchased a large fan hoping it would help. Temperature in unit was 89 degrees. We left a day early due to in unit temperature. Property outside needs upkeep, weeds growing. Did not report to host about needing another A/C because electrical panel would not support an additional one.

We had a great stay at Christopher's property. Everything was provided and very clean. Christopher was very quick to respond when the coffee maker died, replacing it in a matter of hours. The location is perfect - a short bike ride to the beach or a walk to Wee Packet for dinner and Sundae School for dessert. Great stay!

Great for families and walking distance to beaches! Host is very responsive and helpful! 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice place with some nice updates. The kitchen is very well stocked. The patio is a really nice place to sit out. The location is just the best.
